At Bullseye Homes, we have been working with helical pier foundations for the last 20 years. As a result, this system has been used in the construction of a large number of projects. These have included: schools, residential housing, and the correction or repair of existing foundations.
The pier is fully recognized within the building community as a piling. However, unlike driven piles the helical pier is turned into the ground at pre-prescribed lengths. The plate or helix is designed to meet ground conditions and like a screw is locked or anchored into the earth.
