We are proud to introduce to you the most significant building product of the 21st century: SIPs.  SIPs or Structurally Insulated Panels are sandwiched panels consisting of two sheets of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) rated plywood and a core of expanded polystyrene foam.  The floor, wall, and roof SIP's realize tolerances superior to the materials used in site built stud-frame homes.

Bullseye Homes uses SIPs to manufacture homes of all styles, sizes and shapes.  The homes are built in one-half the time of normal construction, are twice as strong as conventional 2x4 wood framing, and also provide energy savings of up to 50%!  In addition, without the wall cavities found in regular homes, mold is less apt to grow.
The National Association of Home Builders, Dept. Of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and The Canadian Government have endorsed SIPS as: "The best building system available for the 21^st century."

Bullseye will provide the home kit complete and ready to assemble to your doorstep. This includes shop drawings with your door and window specifications, fasteners, glue, foam sealant, and structural engineering calculations for submission to the Building Department.  Upon request, we can also provide on-site supervision or labor for the assembly.

The choice is yours! ANY SIZE ANY SHAPE!!  We can convert conventional architectural drawings to SIP drawing plans. We specialize in kits that can be built as a detached unit on existing residential lots. These small bungalows make excellent guest or pool houses, rentals, or home offices. The average time to erect walls and ceiling on these small units is ONE DAY, and that is dried in with no leaks!
